1454 Walton Avenue
1454 Walton Avenue is an ongoing project that has involved extensive work to the exterior facade of the building.
Nearly 400 linear feet of parapet was demolished and rebuilt to ensure the structural integrity of the building. In addition, over 4000 square feet of repointing, 300 square feet of brick replacement, and 400 linear feet of lintel replacement was done to the facade.
